Job Title: Delivery Driver (3.5 Tonne)
Salary: £14.25 per hour plus weekly bonus
Hours: 39 basic hours plus paid overtime and bonus opportunity

Job Purpose: The role of the delivery driver is to work in our fast-paced and time-sensitive environment, to load, deliver and collect goods daily to customers on time, in a safe manner and in a satisfactory condition. Deliveries will be to the builder’s depots and to the customer's address.
Responsibilities:
· Completion of all vehicle checks before the vehicle is driven using the online App
· Load security (strapping of loads)
· Complete prompt and correct deliveries with the use of the delivery app (obtaining signatures)
· Maintain good customer relations by being always courteous and helpful
· Offer delivery of goods in the ground floor room of choice
· Ensure customer receives excellent customer service
· Keep vehicle clean and tidy
Skills and Experience Required:
· Full EU Driving License for 3 + Years with no disqualifications in the last 5 years
· More than two years experience in a similar role required
· No more than 3 Points on Driving License
Personal Attributes:
· Physically fit as the doors are heavy and solid
· Customer-focused with strong communication skills
· Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and listening skills
