Salary: £18,493.50– £20,545.50 per annum depending on experience (£36,987 – £41,091 full-time equivalent)

About the role
Are you a dynamic and creative Coordinator passionate about Printmaking and Adult education? Join us to work alongside the Head of Programme for 2D Studies to coordinate the short course curriculum within the Printmaking and Picture Framing area. You will play a key role in curriculum development activities and contribute to the design of a distinctive and highly creative programme. You will be responsible for a group of tutors, as well as liaising with the subject technician and learners to ensure teaching and learning is high-quality and effective. You will support with the success of the programme area through internal promotional activities carrying out the necessary administrative and quality assurance procedures.

- A qualification relevant to the subject being taught and/or equivalent experience (MA desirable)
- Experience of developing and managing courses and curriculum in an adult education setting
- Experience in creating a vibrant and dynamic learning environment to enable students to achieve.
- Experience of supervising or managing a team of teachers.
- Up-to-date knowledge, enthusiasm and interest for the relevant subject areas.
