Workshop operative – In House

Are you looking to take your first steps as a Workshop Operative, or maybe you have a few years experience ? then we would like to talk.

IMS Robotics UK are proud of the high quality service they supply to our high profile customer base, and are looking to recruit a Workshop operative, working in house at our new facility in Leeds.

IMS Robotics was founded in 1992 in Dresden, Germany and has 40 dealerships in 30 countries around the world.

IMS Robotics UK specialises in the supply, service and repair of robots for sewer rehabilitation, and is one of the world market leaders in this field.

What will you be doing day to day ?

 Organise the On/Off hire of equipment

 Servicing the fleet of compressors

 Keep servicing records up to date

 Cleaning of Off hire equipment

 Preparation of On hire equipment

 Building ancillary equipment – filters etc

 Be a point of contact for the hire fleet equipment

Our perfect candidate will tick the below boxes

 Mechanical knowledge

 Organisational skills

 Good use of hand tools

 Great communication skills ( written and verbal )

 Forklift truck licence ( preferred )

 Physically fit

 Team player who is happy to help with the loading and unloading of equipment

 Keep the workshop clean, organised and compliant with health and safety standards

 Report any faults, damages or safety issues to the appropriate team member
