Position: Work Planner / Scheduler
Base Location: Woking
Working Pattern: Permanent / Full Time / 40 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 to £27,000 per year

Role Overview:
Our teams are growing, and we have an excellent opportunity for you to join Sureserve as a Retrofit Planner / Scheduler to join Retrofit Team at our office in Woking.
The role will involve you dealing with our customers to ensure a smooth process when arranging the workload being carried out at their properties, as well as scheduling the work with our construction teams to carry out the planned work.
We are looking for a candidate who has experience within an office environment, preferably within the construction sector, with a friendly manner who may have previously gained experience from any scheduling or customer related role. Most importantly for the role you will have excellent communication, planning and IT skills.
What will you be doing?
- Liaising with the customers to organise the times and dates and schedule the work to be carried out at their properties.
- Scheduling jobs with the various teams and managing their workload.
- Being the first point of contact with the customers and dealing with inbound and outbound enquiries via telephone or email.
- Log all activities in a timely manner on company’s CRM system
What Should You Have?
- Previous experience within customer service, inbound/outbound calls and job scheduling/planning.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience within the construction industry, or a Retrofit environment.
- Self-motivated and happy to work alone and as part of a team when required
- Be prepared to learn new skills and undertake new activities in line with company growth and personal development with the team.
