Location: Abergavenny | Hours: 37.5/week (job-share and part-time welcomed) | Salary: £28,681.44 p.a. (FTE)
Are you passionate about people and community? Join our friendly team as a Wellbeing Facilitator and help build a healthier, more connected Monmouthshire. Based at the vibrant Wellbeing Information Centre in Abergavenny, you'll bring ideas to life that support individual and community wellbeing.
This is a people-focused, hands-on role where you'll:
- Co-develop and deliver wellbeing projects and activities with the community
- Offer information and support to individuals and groups
- Help manage the day-to-day running of the Wellbeing Information Centre
- Support volunteers and coordinate Centre room use
- Build local partnerships and champion community-led development
- Maintain accurate records and report progress to funders
- Varied, rewarding work in a collaborative environment
- Fixed-term to March 2026 (with possibility of extension)
- Great for those with community development or health and wellbeing experience
