The Role
As a key member of the wellbeing team, you will work with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional wellbeing services to residents and the wider community. From creating engaging activities and building local partnerships to leading emergency response and offering one-to-one support, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our residents feel safe, active, and valued.
You’ll be hands on, providing guidance, carrying out assessments, and building connections. This is an opportunity to help shape a brand new wellbeing programme.
Contract & Hours
- 32.5 hours per week
- Salary: £22,815
- 5 days a week, covering Monday to Sunday on a rota basis
- 6 week rolling rota to support a healthy work–life balance
Key Responsibilities
- Help deliver wellbeing services, activities, and initiatives for residents and the local community.
- Be part of our 24/7 emergency response team, ensuring prompt, professional care.
- Deliver wellbeing assessments and track progress for residents.
- Promote healthy lifestyles and encourage use of wellness facilities.
About You
You’ll be a natural team player with strong people skills, a real passion for promoting health and wellbeing, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations. You’ll also be proactive, community-minded, and able to inspire both your team and residents.
Skills & Experience
- Emergency First Aid at Work (including CPR and use of defibrillator).
- Experience in wellbeing, health promotion, or community-based roles.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Confidence in building local networks and partnerships.
