We specialise in the installation of highly regulated process piping systems, delivering high-quality solutions for blue chip clients across the Power & Energy, Pharmaceutical, and Petrochemical sectors.
Role:
We are recruiting for Pipe Welders for a 12 month construction project in East London.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in TIG welding of stainless steel and carbon steel piping systems. The ideal candidate will be capable of producing high-quality welds that meet rigorous visual inspection and NDT standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel piping systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards
- Work effectively as part of a site-based installation team
- Adhere to safety and quality procedures at all times
- Complete tasks to a high standard within agreed timeframes
- Assist in the preparation, fitting, and fabrication of pipework as required
Qualifications & Experience:
- Level 3 Trade Apprenticeship in Welding or Pipefitting (or equivalent)
- ACE Card or equivalent professional certification
- Valid CCNSG, CSCS, or recognised equivalent safety passport
- Demonstrated experience with TIG welding in a site-based environment
- Familiarity with welding procedures and acceptance criteria for NDT and visual inspection
Special Requirements:
- Offer of employment is subject to passing a weld test to verify competence and quality standards.
Contract Details
- Rates: PAYE - NAECI Categorised Rates (2025) - Grade 5
- Basic: £22.44/hr
- Rate A: £31.42/hr
- Rate B: £40.39/hr
- Hourly Bonus: £2.37/hour (subject to all hours worked)
- Additional £2.00 loyalty payment per worked hour will be paid every quarter (3 months)
- Plus weld proficiency bonus (as per NAECI)
- Travel & Fares: Paid as per NAECI guidelines
- Lodge - £80/night (taxable over £50.81)

Working Hours (2-week rota):
Week 1:
- Mon: 8 hrs
- Tue-Fri: 11.5 hrs/day
- Sat-Sun: 8 hrs/day
Week 2:
- Mon-Wed: 11.5 hrs/day
- Thurs: 8 hrs/day
- Fri-Sun: OFF
