The Role:
We are looking for skilled and reliable individuals who can demonstrate:
- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
- Ideally experienced in fabrication and interpreting engineering drawings
- Competence welding stainless steel from 1mm to 20mm
- Ability to work with mild steel, aluminium, and stainless steel
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Strong timekeeping and reliability
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm
- 40 hours per week
Salary & Bonus Breakdown:
- Basic rate: £16.87 per hour
- Weekly production bonus: Up to £1.25 per hour
- Total OTE: Up to £18.12 per hour
