Position: Weekend Customer Service Office Administrator
Available Hours: Monday to Friday (3.30pm to 9pm)
Available Hours: Saturday and Sunday (9am to 6pm)
Pay Rate: £13.70 per hour.
Responsibilities: Assisting with administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the centre. Handling customer inquiries professionally, ensuring timely responses. Managing schedules, including tutor appointments and class schedules. Ensuring a safe and clean working environment. Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations. Resolving issues or complaints, escalating when necessary. Maintaining a detailed record system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Supporting the Centre Manager with the execution of marketing events and other business-related activities.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A warm and confident demeanour, able to build relationships quickly. Strong organisational skills with a knack for multitasking and prioritising tasks effectively. Self-motivated, with a proactive approach towards daily tasks. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. The ability to work both independently and as part of our dynamic team. Bachelor's degree (preferred) or relevant experience in administrative roles.
