Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic employee to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and support, ensuring a positive experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to engage effectively with customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Be able to cash handle, and cash up your own till at the end of each shift
- Upsell products and tell customers about our up-coming events
- Maintain an organised workspace
- Work well as part of a team and independently to ensure all of our customer receive the best service
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential.
- Flexibility to work either Saturdays or Sundays as required by the management team would be desirable but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers and colleagues alike.
- Basic maths skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately.
