Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Assistant to join our team in Clacton-on-Sea. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our clients' independence and well-being by delivering personalized care services that align with our mission of enhancing quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities to promote independence
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and families
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients
- Maintain accurate records of client care and progress
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in home care or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and their families
- Valid driving license and use of a vehicle is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills for record-keeping purposes.
- Proficiency in English.

Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
