We are currently recruiting for Waste Officers to contribute to the provision of a high quality and responsive waste consultancy service to clients. The role holder will support a range of decommissioning, waste management and strategy-based projects with a range of clients.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
- Provision of technical support to client projects delivered within the Waste organisation
- To contribute to the development of creative solutions to challenging waste problems
- To support collaborative approach to working with customers and suppliers, seeking win- win solutions
- To support peers within the waste business unit with internal development work as required.
- To comply with all procedures, policies and security safety standards as required
- Development of Waste Strategy
- Development of Integrated Waste
- Delivery of Optioneering & Feasibility Studies
- Knowledge of BAT/BPM Assessments
- Knowledge of ALARP Assessments
- Delivery of Waste Technical Studies
- Development of Radioactive Waste Management Cases
We need all candidates to ideally be Security Cleared (SC) or have no issue in obtaining SC.
