We’re recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join our site in Daventry. You’ll support the warehouse operation with system administration, reporting and communication, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Maintain accurate warehouse records and system updates.
Support daily reporting tasks using Excel and distribute to the team.
Handle queries from customers and colleagues promptly.
Assist with general administration and filing duties.
Provide support to operational teams to ensure smooth running of the shift.
What you need to succeed at XPO:
Computer literate with good Excel skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communicator with the ability to work well in a team.
