We are looking for a professional, high-energy Front of House Team Members with excellent communication skills to serve food, classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to our customers in our Spyglass Bar & Wild West Diner for the 2025 Season.
Front of House staff will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. You will also upsell items and handle basic cleaning duties.
Main duties include the following:
- Providing a prompt and efficient service incorporating a friendly and helpful manner.
- To dispense drinks in accordance with customers requirements.
- To maintain Company standards of performance and hygiene
- To maintain Government standards relating to Liquor Licensing Laws, Weights and Measures Acts etc.
- Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.
- Maintaining a clean work and dining area, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
- Informing customers about new beverages and specials.
- Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
Pay: From £12.25 per hour
Experience:
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
