Location Endoscopy Unit, QEUH
Purpose To administer the medical and surgical Endoscopy services within QEUH. To be responsible for the receipt and management of all referrals, liaising with medical and nursing staff and at all times, adhering to GG&C waiting list policy. The post holder will liaise with clinicians to plan management for patients, arrange admissions, ensure the inpatient list is up to date and ready for theatre. You will also be required to deal with telephone enquiries from internal/external agencies, liaising with ward staff to ensure all relevant information is provided for patients be admitted from ward.
