Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring that their experience is enjoyable and memorable. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience is a great bonus and will be taken into consideration more fondly.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house areas, including dining spaces and service stations, anything visible to the guest, and our own storage/drop-off points.
- Handle card transactions accurately, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.
- Assist with catering events as required, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred; training will be provided to cater to our own standards and requirements.
- Skills in bartending or catering are advantageous.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
