We are looking for enthusiastic customer-focused individuals to join our Social Enterprise Team.
This role involves working across the different venues within our team, including in our bars, cafés and event spaces (to learn more about our venues, click here).
You’ll be key in helping us to deliver excellent customer service, support student events and contribute to creating a welcoming and vibrant environment for all students and guests.
Note: This role is offered on a zero-hour contract, however, there is potential to offer regular hours Monday to Friday depending on operational needs.
About you:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and be adaptable, dependable, and confident working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
They will possess excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork, while showing versatility by working across a variety of venues and responsibilities with professionalism.
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
