Join Our Team as a Vehicle Detailer
We’re on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Vehicle Detailer to join our growing team. This role goes beyond basic valeting – we’re looking for someone who takes genuine pride in restoring and enhancing vehicle appearance to showroom condition. From deep cleans to expert polishing, your work will help deliver the high standards our customers expect.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Performing full interior and exterior valets on vehicles of all types
- Carrying out paint correction and machine polishing to remove imperfections
- Applying waxes, sealants, and ceramic coatings for protection and shine
- Cleaning wheels, engine bays, trims, and glass to the highest standard
- Spotting and reporting any cosmetic damage or vehicle issues
- Ensuring all detailing is done efficiently and professionally, within deadlines
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the detailing bay and equipment
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in vehicle detailing or valeting (including machine polishing is essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
- Good knowledge of cleaning products, compounds, and protective coatings
- Self-motivated with the ability to work alone or in a team
- A full UK driving licence is preferred
- Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
- A team player who is keen to get stuck in and able to work in a fast paced environment and in the elements.

Working from both Waterlooville and Petersfield.
