What you’ll be responsible for:
· Be responsible for the management of the Vaccination programme administrative function in line with both trust and national policies and procedures.
· Be the first point of contact to manage escalated vaccination admin complaints.
· Ensure effective communication, involvement and consultation with stakeholders and partners.
· Work with Operational Manager to develop new and maintain effective working relationships with key colleagues and partners.
· Using in-house databases and national I.T systems, be a role model for effective delivery of the vaccination programme admin pathways
You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
· An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
· Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
· A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You’ll have the following skills/experience:
· Previous clerical management experience
· Previous experience of working within a similar setting
· Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment
· Strong IT skills
· Strong communication skills
