Are you driven, persuasive, and passionate about helping people say “yes” to life-changing treatment?
We’re looking for a high-energy Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our award-winning dental team. If you’re someone who understands the dental environment and thrives on building trust, influencing decisions, and driving results, this role is your next big move.
You’ll play a crucial sales role within the practice, guiding patients from curiosity to commitment. From presenting treatment plans to overcoming objections, your focus will be on maximising conversions, increasing case acceptance, and ensuring every patient feels confident, informed, and excited to move forward.
Sales experience is a plus, but not a must. We’ll provide full training in ethical selling, high-converting consultations, and treatment presentation techniques that empower you to consistently close with integrity.
If you want a role where your communication skills and influence directly impact practice performance and patient lives, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
● Support clinicians during and after consultations by presenting treatment plans clearly and confidently.
● Explain procedures, timelines, and finance options in a way patients understand and trust.
● Handle common objections with empathy and reassurance.
● Follow up with undecided patients via phone, WhatsApp or email to guide them toward a decision.
● Work closely with the front-of-house and clinical team to ensure a seamless experience.
● Maintain accurate patient records, treatment statuses, and finance documentation.
Who you are:
● Experience in dentistry (as a nurse, receptionist, or patient care role) is highly valued.
● Sales experience is a plus, but we’ll teach you the skills you need.
● Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
● Organised, proactive, and highly patient-focused.
● Able to manage multiple treatment cases and follow-ups without dropping the ball.
What you’ll get:
● A fulfilling role with real impact on patients’ lives.
● Comprehensive training in sales psychology, communication, and treatment coordination.
● Competitive base salary with uncapped performance-based bonuses.
● A clear career development path into senior TCO or practice management.
● Supportive, values-driven team and modern clinical environment.
