About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our team. As a TCO, you’ll be the first point of contact for new patients and will guide them through their entire treatment journey, providing information, support, and a seamless patient experience.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same—you’ll work alongside our Principal Dentist, clinicians, and front-of-house team to ensure patients feel cared for, informed, and excited about their treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to patient enquiries from the website, phone, and social media
- Follow up on leads and convert them into consultations
- Provide a WOW journey for every patient from first contact to post-treatment
- Discuss treatment options, costs, and finance plans clearly and confidently
- Send welcome packs, consent forms, treatment information, and aftercare instructions
- Capture digital photographs and showcase case studies to help patients understand their options
- Assist patients with signing up to our Practice Plan scheme and treatment finance options
- Track and report enquiry volumes, conversions, and source data
- Collect patient testimonials (written/video) with consent
- Support practice marketing by running quarterly promotions, helping to organise open days, and contributing ideas for social media and advertising
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth handovers and excellent continuity of care
- Provide occasional reception cover if required

- Personable and confident, with excellent communication skills
- Highly organised, able to manage their own diary and tasks efficiently
- Creative, especially when supporting marketing and promotions
- Detail-oriented, ensuring all communications and patient documentation are accurate and professional
- Proactive and self-motivated, constantly learning and improving
- A natural leader, with the ability to help embed systems and potentially support our second practice in Lymington
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dental setting (as a Dental Nurse or TCO – preferred)
- GDC registration (preferred)
- Strong sales or customer-facing experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of SOE (Software of Excellence) (preferred)
- Full driving licence and ability to travel between practices (required)
