Summary
We are seeking a Trainee Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Dentec . In this role, you will embark on a training programme certificated through the Glasgow Training Group. You will learn excellent communication skills and become the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support while contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality vehicle repairs.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and repair processes.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments and follow-ups as needed.
- Collaborate with repair technicians to ensure timely updates on vehicle status for customers.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- A strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite and office software applications.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail for tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
