We are looking to hire our next "star" trainee accountant here at Realise.

Don't worry about being "qualified". This role is open to an individual straight out of A Levels or University, or just looking to get into the field. A full apprenticeship will be provided for the right candidate, and training given. This could also be open to someone with Level 3 AAT qualifications and some practice experience - so don't be put off, we are open and flexible!
There is no job like this at any other practice locally - it is probably the most relaxed, stress-fee, and "fun" accounting job around (if we do say so ourselves)!
Duties
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
- Prepare accounts up to TB stage (and beyond if you wish).
- Utilise accounting software such as Xero & FreeAgent (and also QuickBooks / Sage on occassion, however we are primarily a Xero practice).
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and balance sheets.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Help with essential practice admin such as scanning post, liasing with clients.
Skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with team members and stakeholders.
