Are you passionate about tools and customer service?. We are a local tool & small plant hire company on the outskirts of Newquay looking for a dedicated Tool Hire Assistant to join our friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right tools for their projects
- Manage tool inventory and ensuring equipment is well maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Arrange deliveries & collections.
- Handle transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Answer telephone and online enquiries.
- Assist in loading and unloading vehicles.
- Washing down and cleaning tools.
- Occasional driving, delivering and collecting tools, (towing an advantage).
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills.
- Reasonable computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of tools & equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Previous experience in tool hire, retail & customer service is a plus.
- Driving licence (with trailer towing experience)
