The Role:
As a Therapeutic Support Worker, you will:
- Work passionately to achieve life-changing outcomes for children, following our therapeutic model and training.

- Support children in their continuous improvement in all areas of life, including education, emotional management, and the development of healthy habits.

Requirements:
- Qualifications: None required (we will equip you!); however educational background in psychology or social care is highly desirable.
- Experience: Some background working with children or adults with a trauma background or learning/mental health difficulties.
- Knowledge: An understanding of safeguarding.
- Skills: Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and provide high nurture/high structure.
- Attributes: High level of resilience, emotional maturity, high energy and solution orientated.
Working pattern:
- Hours: 173 hours per month (approx. 40 per week)
- Rota: Typically, a repeated pattern of 3 days on, 4 days off one week, followed by 2 days on, 5 days off the next.
- Shifts: Required to work some weekends and usually two sleep shifts per week. Shifts are usually 15 hours (with handover the next day if sleeping).
