Pitman Training Bristol are looking for a team player, with a professional and positive approach to work. The ideal candidate must be available Monday to Friday and have weekend availability
We conduct various external computer based testing exams Monday - Saturday and some Sundays.
An Enhanced DBS is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently, ensuring candidate needs are met
- Conduct identification and security procedures during exams
- Provide clear explanations on testing guidelines and the examination process to candidates
- Supervise exams to ensure fairness and compliance
- Ensure correct setup of equipment and workstations for exams
- Address technical issues with support from the IT department
- Assist with administrative tasks such as exam bookings, system updates, and phone enquiries
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the centre
Skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to educate and guide candidates effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure compliance with examination protocols.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, particularly during high-stakes testing situations.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during examinations.
- A commitment to maintaining integrity and fairness throughout the testing process.
- Strong PC skills
