We are seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer to join our dynamic team at Low Carbon Exchange Limited. In this role, you will facilitate communication between our clients and internal teams, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. Your contributions will be vital in helping us deliver exceptional service and support to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-work notifications and manage access arrangements.
- Handle customer complaints and manage expectations.
- Arrange on site surveys
- Provide administrative support for projects.
- Communicate effectively with Low Carbon Exchange Ltd site staff and clients.
- Working closely with site management team to ensure residents are fully informed of the works at all times
- Assist with community projects and activities as needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 year Social Housing experience
- Experience in a RLO/TLO position beneficial
- Experience with Decarbonisation works beneficial
- Excellent customer care, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and IT skills (Excel and Word).
- Full UK driving licence.
