The Role:
Our Sales Assistants must be prepared to work within a fast-paced retail environment and hit the ground running whilst demonstrating the following skills;
▪ Provide a high standard of service to customers, assisting with inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.▪ Stay informed about the store’s products, promotions, and seasonal offers to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.▪ Assist customers in locating and selecting products, upselling, or cross-selling items to increase sales.▪ Help with restocking shelves, ensuring products are properly displayed, and maintaining a neat and organized sales floor.▪ Ensure product displays are visually appealing and in line with store standards, adjusting as necessary.▪ Operate the cash register, process transactions, handle payments, and issue receipts accurately.▪ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including tidying up product displays.▪ Adhere to store health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and staff.
Candidate Profile:
▪ Previous work experience preferred (but not essential.)▪ Quick and eager to learn.▪ Customer focused approach.▪ The ability to work well within a team as well as using own initiative.▪ Excellent communication skills.▪ Flexible, dynamic, energetic, with a positive outlook.▪ Passion for retail.
