The Role

As a Product Owner at MAG, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of our innovative technology solutions. You will be responsible for driving the development, optimisation, and delivery of cutting-edge products that align with the company’s overall product vision and business strategy. Your technical expertise and strategic mindset will ensure that products not only meet customer needs but also maintain scalability, performance, and technical excellence. Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex business requirements into clear technical requirements, whilst fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. By leveraging your deep understanding of technology and product, you will contribute to delivering world-class solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance the overall user experience. This role will be focussed in the Security & Screening technology tower, supporting airport security systems.

What will make you successful?

You’ll be used to working in an Agile way and using data driven approaches to monitor product performance and optimise features to improve user experience and efficiency. You’ll also be commercially astute, an effective communicator with a customer-centric mindset and experience of blending technical products into an operational context and therefore an understanding of how people, process and technology align. You’ll have experience of business transformation in a large complex, matrix organisation, with experience in aviation / airport security experience ideally. Or you’ll be a product expert who can immerse themselves in the airport security tech space.
