Job Overview
Econekt are seeking a skilled Technical Coordinator to join our small office team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities and ensuring the smooth running of projects.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to project managers and teams
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Coordinate project schedules and meetings
- Work with CAD to read drawings, deal with technical queries and produce formwork layouts
- Manage daily tasks between site and office teams
- Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism
- Utilise company management systems for project tracking and reporting
- Organise project-related information and materials
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Competent with AutoCAD / Revit or similar
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
- Good clerical abilities for maintaining records and files
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in data entry with high precision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,225.00-£30,225.00 per year
