The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Technical Product Marketing Executive & Technical Author to translate our innovative engineering into compelling stories, documentation, campaigns and customer tools. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, product and sales—bringing technical product details to life for end-users, distributors and decision-makers while also ensuring our technical documentation sets the industry standard.
You’ll be hands-on with creative design, technical writing, content production and exhibitions, while also building deep product knowledge that allows you to create precise, persuasive and user-friendly materials. This role is ideal for someone with a technical eye, strong writing skills, and a flair for marketing who wants to grow within a global market leader.
What You’ll Do
- Support the growth plan: Contribute to quarterly marketing activities across product launches, brand building and demand generation.
- Translate technical features into benefits: Work closely with Product and Engineering to craft messaging, collateral and training materials that resonate with customers and partners.
- Create and maintain technical documentation: Write clear, accurate and compliant user manuals, quick start guides, installation instructions and how-to videos that reduce support load and increase adoption.
- Organise images & video shoots: Plan and coordinate product photography and video demonstrations to showcase functionality, compliance and real-world use.
- Arrange exhibitions & events: Lead or support event planning—stand design, logistics, collateral and live product demonstrations—to ensure Enable Access shines at industry exhibitions.
- Manage customer-specific 3D drawings: Liaise with engineers and CAD designers to create precise visuals tailored to customer requirements, proposals and technical presentations.
- Create product packaging & labels: Develop packaging, labels and compliance-ready documentation that reinforce brand identity and meet regulatory standards.
- Produce content that educates and converts: Develop technical datasheets, case studies, landing pages, thought leadership pieces, social posts and videos optimised for search and conversion.
- Equip the sales team: Build product toolkits including battlecards, datasheets, presentations and comparison charts, ensuring technical accuracy and persuasive storytelling.
- Champion customer understanding: Capture user insights and case studies; turn these into powerful reference materials and success stories.
- Measure what matters: Track the impact of technical marketing and documentation initiatives, reporting on engagement, adoption and ROI.
What You’ll Bring
- 2–4 years’ experience in technical authoring, product marketing, technical marketing or a related role.
- Strong ability to digest technical detail and translate it into clear, structured and user-friendly documentation as well as customer-focused content.
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, InDesign); bonus if familiar with CAD/3D visualisation.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, PPC, analytics and CRM tools.
- Excellent technical writing skills with an ability to create both formal documentation and engaging copy.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering, product and sales teams.
- Creative, analytical and highly organised, with a bias for action.
- Nice to have: Event marketing experience, video editing/design skills, familiarity with accessibility and mobility industries.

- Product launches are supported with high-impact collateral and documentation.
- User instructions, packaging and technical materials are standardised, clear and compliant, reducing customer queries.
- Sales teams are fully equipped with accurate, persuasive toolkits.
- Exhibitions and events deliver measurable engagement and qualified leads.
