Job Summary and Mission: To create the Heavenly Desserts experience for our guests by providing courteous, prompt service, quality beverages and desserts, and maintaining a clean and comfortable restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- To greet and seat guests and ensure guests expectations are exceeded.
- Being a friendly and professional face of the restaurant.
- Work with the management team to ensure the booking procedure is followed and works flawlessly.
- Taking customer orders, serving customers, clearing/setting tables and providing excellent customer service.
- Work as part of a large team to create picture-perfect desserts and drinks from our extensive menu.
- Helping the KP/Pot wash when required.
- To uphold the Heavenly Desserts premium service experience consistently for all our guests.
- Upholding compliance towards all health and safety, food safety guidelines, following policies and procedures and maintaining a spotlessly clean working environment.
- · Work as part of a fun & energetic team to create picture-perfect desserts and drinks from our luxury menu.
- · To uphold the Heavenly Desserts service experience for all our guests.
- · Maintaining a clean restaurant, including the kitchen and lavatories holding all company policies and cleaning practices.
- · Must be available to work between the hours of 11am and 11pm and have access to reliable transportation to get to and from our Bedford resturant.
- · A minimum of one - two years of catering/food handling previous experience is desired for the BOH/ Kitchen role, but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
- · Mixing and pouring beverages, as needed.
- · Clearing glassware, silverware, and crockery from each table once guests have completed their meals, or upon request.
- · Perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant's operations, as needed.
