The Role: Team Member / Barista
As a Team Member, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers. You thrive in a fast-paced morning and lunch environment, serving our busy Mayfair clientele with speed and a friendly, welcoming attitude. We’re looking for a personable and engaging individual who enjoys building rapport with regulars and making every customer feel valued.
A strong focus of this role will be preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages. You'll need to bring your barista skills to the table, crafting delicious coffees—from silky lattes to punchy espressos—with care, precision, and a passion for great coffee.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of deli foods and coffee beverages with care, precision, and efficiency.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across all surfaces, equipment, and utensils, and keep retail displays tidy and inviting.
- Ensure proper disposal and recycling of waste.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience for every customer.
What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to make and serve exceptional coffee (e.g., lattes, cappuccinos, espressos).
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
