We are seeking customer-focused Restaurant Team Members to join our iconic Desserts store. The perfect candidate is someone who has a passion for all things food and beverage and thrives off a bustling environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare our desserts to the highest possible standard for each and every guest.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks without prompting
- Build relationships with fellow team members and deliver World Class Customer Service to our guests.
- Anticipates guest and business needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
- Communicate information to the Manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create a premium environment during each shift.
- Starting on National Minimum Wage
Qualifications
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Excellent hospitality and guest service abilities
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tables
- Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus
- Starting on National Minimum Wage
Pay: From £7.55 to £12.21 per hour
