We are looking for a Team Leader who has a genuine passion for care and who want to make a difference to the lives of the people we support.
As a Team Leader you will:
- Provide high quality, personalized support in line with support plans
- Provide guidance and support to junior members and new starters
- Lead by example and lead shifts when required
- Assist with rota management where required
- Observe and monitor the wellbeing of the individuals we support

Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in a supported living environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Proficient in developing and implementing care plans
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and staff
- Valid driving licence and willingness to drive as part of the role
- Familiarity with IT systems relevant to care management and documentation
