Team Member, Barista, Catering Assistant. HMSHost are hiring at Heathrow Airport for LEON Restaurant.
What is the Role?
As the Front of House Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our front-of-house, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests. You will lead and motivate a team whilst fostering a positive and professional work environment.
LEON is naturally fast food. You will work with a team of likeminded people to deliver great service at our LEON Restaurant in Heathrow Airport. Ensuring each guest is served to the best standard, you will leave & breathe LEON & HMSHost core principles and reflect this in the service you provide. Following brand guidelines is essential in this position, and training will be provided. LEON serves a variety of dishes inspired from the Mediterranean and offers vegan and a varied offering of dietary specific options. Salads, burgers, wraps and tagines are just a few of the offerings available from LEON.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, promoting teamwork and high performance.
- Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Oversee reservations, seating arrangements, and the overall flow of service to maintain efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge, ensuring adherence to service standards.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all front-of-house areas meet health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality or restaurant environment.
- Ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Security Pass Requirements
As this role involves working at an airport, successful candidates will also need to obtain a security pass. For this, we will require valid photo ID, such as a Driving Licence or Passport. Please ensure you can provide the appropriate original documentation during the recruitment process
