We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Administrative Assistant to support the Head of Department and Management Teams within the FEO Group.
In this vital role, you’ll be the engine behind the region’s performance—providing accurate reporting, smooth coordination, and smart administrative support to keep our field and support teams running at full speed. From handling key data and financial tracking to being the go-to contact for internal and external queries, you’ll ensure our leaders can stay focused on what matters most: the frontline.
Working closely with other team assistants, you’ll champion consistency, support absence cover, and collaborate with the Group PA to meet wider business needs. The must havesIn order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software
- Experience working across multiple sites or locations
- Skilled in supporting multiple managers simultaneously
- Comfortable working both remotely and collaboratively within a team
- Flexible and adaptable mindset to handle changing priorities and environments

- Able to smoothly adjust to changing priorities and collaborate effectively in a dynamic office environment.
- Clear and proactive in coordinating with the Hiring Manager and team to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.
