We are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants and Support Workers to join secondary schools across Berkshire. This is the perfect role for anyone considering a future career in teaching, offering invaluable classroom experience and the chance to support students’ learning and development.

What you’ll do:
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
Support students individually or in small groups, including those with additional learning needs
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Work closely with teaching staff to support student progress and wellbeing
Gain hands-on experience in a secondary school setting
