We are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants and Support Workers to join secondary schools across Berkshire. This is the perfect role for anyone considering a future career in teaching, offering invaluable classroom experience and the chance to support students’ learning and development.

What you’ll do:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities

• Support students individually or in small groups, including those with additional learning needs

• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Work closely with teaching staff to support student progress and wellbeing

• Gain hands-on experience in a secondary school setting

What we’re looking for:

• A passion for education and helping young people thrive

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Patience, empathy, and adaptability

• An interest in pursuing a career in teaching is a big plus, but not essential

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not required
