Talent Sourcer

Harrods
£26,725 - £33,840 a year
London, England
Full time

Following the launch of our new Talent Acquisition team, we are looking for two expert Talent Sourcers to join us on our journey towards a more active direct search model.

At Harrods, people make the difference—and finding the right people is where it all begins. As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll be instrumental in this by identifying and connecting with exceptional talent. You will leverage various expert sourcing techniques and tools, including social media and specialist job boards, to uncover potential candidates, including passive talent. You will establish and nurture relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience from initial outreach through to onboarding, as well as talent pipelining for future opportunities

About the Role
Supporting either Digital, IT and Finance or HR, Marketing, Creative and Buying, you’ll immerse yourself in the unique DNA of each area, working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to deeply understand what and who makes Harrods thrive. Using your research expertise, market insight and genuine curiosity, you’ll build pipelines of best-in-class talent, including those not actively seeking a new role. You’ll become a trusted advisor to both candidates and hiring teams, championing our employer brand and leaving every candidate with a lasting, positive impression of Harrods. You’ll masterfully balance the art of outreach with the science of data. Leveraging tools like LinkedIn, Workday and market intelligence platforms, you’ll ensure we not only attract the best, but continuously refine how we do it.

About You
With proven experience in talent sourcing or research, you are passionate about people and bring a curious, strategic mindset to every search. You know how to navigate platforms, dig deep into talent networks and make meaningful connections. Having natural gravitas, you inspire confidence from stakeholders and candidates alike. Fast-paced environments don’t faze you, you’re highly organised, commercially aware and thrive on the impact your work delivers. You are data driven with a passion for measuring how effective you can be and always working to improve. And most importantly you care deeply about candidate experience and represent the Harrods brand brilliantly in all that you do.

About Us
Harrods is one of the world’s leading luxury department stores and we’re becoming a destination for top designers, and the most sought-after brands from around the globe. Our combined mission is to make visiting our iconic Knightsbridge store one of the world’s most inspiring shopping experiences.

Our Promise to You

Help us make the impossible possible for our customers and we’ll do something remarkable for you. As well as offering a friendly environment to inspire your best work, we provide abundant opportunities and support to build an exceptional career across the varied specialisms of our business.

Uniquely You
Whilst our job adverts outline the ideal qualities, skills, and prior experience for the role, we believe in the potential for growth and value individual strengths. If you can demonstrate the majority of skills and strong experience to thrive in this role, we would encourage you to apply.

At Harrods we believe the personality and authenticity of our people sets us apart. We celebrate and invite applications from all cultures, backgrounds, tastes, and experiences and are proud of our culture where people from all walks of life can grow and thrive. What makes you unique makes us exceptional.
