Qualifications

Required Qualifiations

  • Many years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND multiple years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role.
  • Proven experience in a sourcing or recruitment role hiring AI Researchers and/or AI engineers.
  • Proficiency in using sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing
  • Leading sourcing strategies to identify and attract top Artificial Intelligence researchers.
  • Collaborating with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing plans.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Utilizing various sourcing tools and techniques to identify potential candidates.
  • Analysing and reporting on sourcing metrics to continuously improve processes.

Artificial Intelligence Focus

  • Understanding AI Research: Deep knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in artificial intelligence, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and robotics.
  • Identifying Key Talent: Ability to identify and engage with top AI researchers and engineers who are leaders in their field.
  • Collaboration with AI Teams: Working closely with AI research teams to understand their specific needs and challenges, and to develop tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Networking in AI Communities: Building and maintaining relationships within AI research communities, attending conferences, and participating in relevant forums and groups.
  • Evaluating AI Talent: Assessing candidates' technical skills, research contributions, and potential for innovation in the field of artificial intelligence.
