As a Talent Acquisition Partner, together with a small team supporting the Ireland and UK, you'll play a key role in our recruitment efforts across the Ireland and UK businesses. You'll have the freedom to structure your days and have the support of a fantastic team. How you'll make an impact

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to gain deep business knowledge and understand hiring needs.

• Develop job advertisements and implement tailored sourcing activities.

• Maintain proactive communication with all parties involved.

• Ensure an efficient process from job requisition approval to onboarding.

• Attract diverse talent through various channels.

• Actively developing and maintaining external talent pipelines.

• Perform pre-screening activities to assess candidate suitability.

• Drive candidate centricity and ensure a signature candidate experience.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience.

• Experience in a similar role, either with an agency or in-house.

• Knowledge of the industry sector is desirable.

• Ability to effectively source and attract candidates.

• Experience using applicant tracking systems.

• An expert with different sourcing channels; LinkedIn Recruiter certified preferred.

• Good judgment skills based on behavioral interviewing techniques.

• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English. A second European language is considered a plus.

• The right to live and work in Ireland without restriction.
