Job Overview
We’re looking for a commercially focused Asset Management Surveyor to help drive the performance and value of our property portfolio. You’ll play a key role in managing lease events, letting vacant space, and identifying opportunities to enhance income and reduce costs. This role is ideal for a proactive surveyor with experience in landlord and tenant matters and a strategic approach to asset optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Let and market vacant properties to maximise occupancy and rental income.
- Manage lease events, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and break clauses.
- Support the development and delivery of asset management strategies.
- Carry out inspections and provide recommendations to improve asset performance.
- Maintain accurate records, asset databases, and performance data.
- Liaise with tenants, agents, and internal teams to ensure effective property management.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and RICS standards.
Job Type: Full-time
