Waking Nights Support Workers urgently required (Complex Needs / Autism) - £15 p.h.

Your role will be to support people to live their best life, achieve their objectives and deliver complex support within the community in a 24hr supported living setting.
You will be part of a friendly and inclusive team empowered to create innovative ways to support people to achieve their own personal goals, living the life they choose.
Supporting people to access the community for a variety of activities, day to day living and wellbeing.
The right applicant will enjoy walking, games, sports, crafts, beach activities, swimming, spending time in the garden & sourcing new and exciting activities. You will also play an important role with families, supporting people to maintain good relationships and develop new friendships.

Full training will be provided, Induction and shadowing is paid time.
Car drivers an advantage but other transport arrangements can be accommodated.
We also have a requirement for Support Workers to work earlies and/or lates or long days and sleep-ins:
Earlies/Lates: £13.44 per hour
Sleep-ins: £54.00 per shift
Who are we looking for?
- An interest and specialism in working with people with Autism, Mental Health and Complex Support Needs would be an advantage, but the right values are even more important. Free Skills for Care endorsed full training will be provided and career qualifications are available.
