£30,476.16 per annum, working 48 hours per week.

What you’ll do:
- Support people with a range of mental and learning disabilities to live as independently and confidently as possible.
- Help with everyday tasks like personal care, preparing meals, taking medication, and keeping their home comfortable.
- Encourage and assist people to get involved in their communities — whether that’s social activities, learning, volunteering, or work.
- Be a trusted presence, offering emotional support and helping to build confidence and life skills.
- Work closely with families, colleagues, and health professionals to make sure each person gets the right support.
- Keep clear, accurate notes and always follow our guidelines to keep everyone safe, respected, and well cared for.
About you:

What you’ll bring:
Essential:
- Must have some previous relevant sector work experience involving working with those with mental health needs and/or those with learning disabilities
Desirable:
- In-depth understanding of working with individuals with mental health needs.
- Knowledge of Supported Living placements and an understanding of risk management that comes along with this.
