We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time support worker to join our dedicated team in Llangyfelach, Swansea. In this role, you will support people to build relationships, try new things, and feel part of their community – so that they can live good lives.


You will need to hold a full UK driving license for this role.


About the home

We are a 4-bedroom supported living home currently supporting 2 individuals with Autism and Learning difficulties. We work in a Person-centred way to create a homely environment where people can be independent and live in an environment tailored to suit their needs. This Role entails supporting with domestic duties, Medication administration and Personal care along with actively supporting Individuals in their home and out in the community.

What You'll Do

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Support people to do the things they enjoy, try new experiences, and live good lives.
  • Assist with household tasks, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, and maintaining routines.
  • Encourage and support people to strengthen relationships with family, friends, and their community.
  • Work alongside professionals such as social workers, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure people receive the best support.
  • Listen to the people you support and support them to make choices about their lives.
