Who We Are Looking For:


✔ Support Worker
✔ Experience as a Support Worker in a learning disability setting
✔ Someone creative, resilient, and passionate about making a difference

✔ A driver with a full UK Drivers Licence

✔ Part-time could be considered for the right applicant.


  • About the Role:

As a Support Worker in our vibrant residential home you will be supporting five individuals with autism. We're looking for dynamic individuals to help foster independence, building life skills, and encouraging meaningful communication. This active role involves developing a strong working relationship and supporting the service users to lead a fulfilling and enjoyable lives.


  • Flexible & Engaging Work Pattern

sleep-in shifts, for which we pay £50 extra per night.

38.50 hours per week


Rotating Monday–Sunday schedule
  • A mix of early and late shifts, tailored to best support the individual’s needs
