- Sunday: 19:30 – 22:00
- Monday: 07:00 – 09:00
- Tuesday: 07:00 – 09:00
- Wednesday: 07:00 – 09:00
Additional hours may become available based on mutual agreement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support with morning and evening routines in a respectful, professional manner
- Provide companionship and encouragement, especially around fitness and wellbeing
- Drive the client to appointments or the gym/spa as needed
- Foster a positive, engaging dynamic that fits the client’s interests and lifestyle

Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
- Confident, friendly, and able to hold engaging conversation
- Interest in fitness, wellness, and social activities (desirable)
- Experience in care or support roles is a bonus, but not essential
- Must be dependable, professional, and respectful of boundaries
