Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, including bank holidays
Pension: 6% employer contribution
What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire our support team to deliver exceptional care.
- Oversee client care plans and provide guidance across various domains.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain health and safety standards.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in residential addiction treatment.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Compassionate and hands-on approach to client support.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and external agencies.
