Teaching Assistant – Supporting Young People with SEND
£89 per day | 8:30am – 3:30pm | Term Time Only - Day to Day/Adhoc Work
Work as a Teaching Assistant around your weekly commitments: 1 - 5 days can be requested.

We're working with a number of inclusive and supportive schools seeking Teaching Assistants who are confident, compassionate and ready to help students achieve their full potential — both in and beyond the classroom.
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with students who may have a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or social, emotional and mental health challenges. You’ll support learning, encourage independence and help create a positive and structured learning environment throughout the school day.
What You’ll Need:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build positive relationships with young people and staff
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience supporting children or young people (in school, care, youth work or similar)
Understanding of, or interest in, SEND and inclusive education
- To update us weekly of your availability, and be prepared to be called to work from 07:00 - 08:00 on the morning to cover illness absences.
What we also love to see:
Experience with specific needs such as autism, SEMH, or non-verbal communication wherever the experience is from
- Experience with young people such as youth groups, volunteering, care, clubs
