We are opening an exciting new store at the Cotswold Designer Outlet.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to motivate and inspire team members. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail or sales environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on sales metrics.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends as required.
